Who I Work With.
Helping Neurodivergent Adults Rediscover Themselves
If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or like you’re just surviving rather than truly living, you’re not alone. Many of the people I work with describe feeling lost, misunderstood, or stuck. Life as a neurodivergent person often means navigating a world that doesn’t quite fit, and that can take a toll on your mental health and self-esteem.
Here are some of the challenges I can support you with:

My Approach
What’s Possible
My clients often come to me feeling stuck, but they leave with a renewed sense of hope and possibility. Together, we can:
- Reframe harmful narratives and embrace your unique identity.
- Build confidence and self-acceptance.
- Create tools and strategies to manage anxiety, stress, or workplace challenges.
- Strengthen relationships and foster meaningful connections.
Everyone Is Welcome Here
I am passionate about creating a space where everyone feels valued and respected, no matter their background or identity. I work with clients from all walks of life, including those who identify as LGBTQ+, those who identify as being from Black, African, Asian, or Caribbean heritage, and individuals from other marginalised or underrepresented communities. I understand that the intersection of neurodivergence with other aspects of identity can bring unique challenges, and I am here to provide a space where those experiences are not only acknowledged but honoured.
You deserve so much more than just getting by. You deserve a life where you feel confident, empowered, and at peace with who you are. My role is to help you get there—to move beyond surviving and start thriving.
You might feel like you’ve been carrying the weight of societal expectations for years, leading to feelings of disconnection or self-doubt. Perhaps you’ve internalised messages that you’re “not enough” or “too much”—and those beliefs are holding you back.
But beneath the challenges, there is so much strength and potential. Therapy can help you uncover it.
