Welcome

Welcome neurodivergent affirming therapist

At times our emotions can be too much for us to handle and our fears and worries can take over our lives. This may be the point that you feel you are ready to experience life in a way you hadn’t previously, maybe make positive changes or process difficult experiences.

Counselling can be the first step towards moving forward and feeling better. I can help you to explore and understand yourself in a way that can be transformative to your life.

What do I offer?

I present an approach grounded in the concept that there is no need for you to be fixed. By working together collaboratively I want to help you live your life being your authentic self.

I work with all neurotypes but specialise in providing tailored therapy for Neurodivergent individuals, with a focus on autism and ADHD. Embracing the unique strengths and challenges that come with neurodivergence, I am committed to creating a safe and affirming space for individuals seeking support.

I understand the importance of working with a Neurodivergent therapist who recognises and celebrates the diversity of Neurodivergent experiences. Whether you are seeking autistic counselling, ADHD therapy, or support for navigating the intersectional identities of neurodivergence, I am here to guide you on your journey towards holistic well-being.

About Me

Hi, I’m Isabella an autistic counsellor. Welcome to my counselling space, where empathy and understanding intersect with a celebration of individuality. Beyond the therapeutic realm, my passion for self-expression extends into the vibrant world of fashion. A confluence of creativity and healing, I find joy in making and designing clothes, viewing it as an art form that mirrors the diverse tapestry of human experiences. When not immersed in the realm of counselling or fashion, you’ll likely find me glamping or in the company of feline friends, as my love for cats adds a touch of warmth and playfulness to both my personal and professional life. Join me on this transformative journey, where authenticity, style, and connection unite.
